Holiday weekends, Facebook advertising for RE Agents & Zillow Part 3. We start off by talking about Memorial day or other long holiday weekends and what an agent should be doing that will be effective for getting high-quality deals.
One of the most important points we all agree on is that you shouldn’t do open houses over one of these long holiday weekends based on Bill and Karen’s extensive experience in being active agents.
However, on the other hand, it’s a splendid idea to be around over these extended weekends because serious buyers are looking for homes during these times.
Then we start to discuss Facebook and why I feel Facebook paid advertisements are one of the most exciting and hottest areas for getting quality selling leads in the next 18 months.
Two of the major factors that I feel have contributed to this is that Facebook has become extremely mobile friendly. It’s an area that Facebook has developed over the past couple of years, and now they dominate the mobile advertisement online marketplace. They have done this with a combination of technology and practical UX interface design, resulting in making the whole experience of using Facebook on mobile devices incredibly easy and enjoyable.
This is clearly shown when you evaluate the number of users going to their Facebook account using mobile devices.
I go through the different ways you can advertise on Facebook and also discuss some of the basic concepts you’ve got to understand connected to using Facebook in the most efficient way to promote your business.
Then we finish off discussing Bill and Karen’s experiences over the past three months with Zillow online reviews. Bill has some strong advice to give related to Zillow.
