Dusty has built a diverse array of positions and companies that make up his career and involvement in society. During his career he have worked on $2 billion in transactions spanning across six continents and a diverse range of transaction types. Currently, he serves as CEO of Bristlecone Holdings, a special purpose entity focusing on the acquisition, development, and management of highly innovative consumer and business lending business models and intellectual property. He also serve as a Principal and Advisor to DCA Capital Partners, a Private Equity fund focused on providing capital to middle-market companies in underserved communities across the Western U.S.

Prior to joining DCA, he founded Optimum Strategy Group, a institutional advisory firm headquartered in Nevada. With a core belief in alignment of interest and long term partnerships, Optimum Strategy Group developed a robust human and capital network to link global institutional capital to the needs of underserved markets in the Western United States.

Prior to starting Optimum Strategy Group, he served as Executive Vice President, Investment Banking at ARVCO Financial Ventures. His role at ARVCO included due diligence, fund marketing, strategic advisory, business development, and merger and acquisition advisory. Before transitioning into investment banking, he gained experience in a variety of roles in the gaming and hospitality industries.

He also a Founder of the Growing Worldwide Opportunity Foundation (“GWOF”), a public charity that focuses on international and domestic grassroots humanitarian projects. His key role has been in the development and strategy of the charity. In addition to these responsibilities at GWOF, he also serves on a handful of boards and committee’s in his local community including the Nevada Discovery Museum and Reno Tahoe Open Foundation. His travel and life experiences has taught him that it is vital to give back and help be part of the solution to the world’s problems.
