We talk about Twitter and how it’s a bit of dark horse in the real estate world. Obviously, Facebook does dominate the social media; however, if you are an agent in the 20 U.S. metropolitan areas, you really should look at Twitter as a great way of getting your latest listings out in front of the public. Also, Twitter paid campaigns are very affordable compared to Facebook or Google Adwords.
I can understand why Twitter is in some way forgotten because in the industry Facebook and Zillow take up so much of the online oxygen. However, I know a lot of people who basically live in their individual Twitter feed. Also, another reason why I feel Twitter has a slightly harder time to be taken serious is that the particular language it uses is quite foreign for newbies.
