054: Jonathan Greene A New Jersey Agent Joins Us To Talk About Curaytor

chris-jimmyWe have an old friend of the show back again: Jonathan Greene of Trust Greene, who has been working in the New Jersey with Berkshire Hathaway for about two years. Jonathan decided he wanted to turbo charge his online marketing and decided to hire the founders of Curaytor, Chris Smith and Jimmy Mackin to help him get to the next level of production in 2016.

We ask Jonathan what have been the key benefits that he has received  from hiring the Curaytor team over the past 5 to 6 months, and, with some reflection what the weakest areas were.

Jonathan remarked that one of the best elements of the Curaytor package is the in-house built CMS-based website and the Facebook advice and templates. These both support using paid Facebook advertisements to drive traffic to well-designed and optimized landing pages that are easy to setup using the Curaytor provided website.

One of the other areas that he now totally understands from the one-to-one training that he has received from the Curaytor team is the importance of training connected to building real content for his website.

This is linked to producing quality posts and other ongoing content that really provides real value to people in the areas that he covers. This material is not only about properties but also schools and other local services and loads of other informational elements that somebody who was looking to move into the area would want to know.

This is a great discussion that not only covers the Curaytor marketing package but also touches a number of key points connected to what an agent or agent team really has to do in 2016 to get real results from their online marketing. It’s challenging and takes time to push forward but there are also great opportunities that are available to agents who really understand the key elements of online property marketing in 2016!
